Do I have to pay taxes?
Please expect to pay your state taxes to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will collect taxes when the building has been completed. The manufacturer will not be collecting taxes from you in your steel building is being delivered in Oregon.
Can I get a different size building than what is posted on the website?
Yes. Integrity Building Sales quotes sizes from 30’x30’x10’ to 100’x500’x30’ to Ready Buyers. In addition, IBS quotes codes from 0 lb. to 100 lb. snow loads and 85 to 170 mph wind speeds.
Can I add accessories to my order?

How tall of a building can I have?
26′ at the eave height. The highest roof pitch is 4:12.
How big of a building can I order?
100′ wide X 500′ long X 26′ tall.
Do I need a building permit?
It will depend on your building department. Please contact your local building department for requirements.
Where do Integrity Building Sales Deliver to?
Coast to coast. There are currently 5 plants allowing Customer Pick Up – please let our representative know if you wish to pick up your building.
What about Foundation plans?
Integrity Building Sales offers certified foundation plans for $1,300.
Who unloads the building?
The end-user (customer). Customers need to have an all-terrain forklift available at the job site.
How are balances paid?
Balances are paid 14 days prior to delivery or COD if pre-approved. Balances are normally wired to the manufacturer or paid with certified funds when COD is utilized.
How do I know I am getting the best industry price from you?

How do I get a wholesale quote?
First, review our posted delivered estimated prices. After you have completed this task, simply fill out the BUILDING – QUOTE ORDER form IF you are willing to pay the profit – fee amount the SAME DAY as received quoted savings.
How can I buy if I am not sure my building will meet local codes?
Integrity Building Sales will quote your building based on the minimum codes its software program indicates; however, please call your local building department to verify the code requirement. All plans are stamped by a certified engineer matching the codes listed on your contract.
What makes Integrity Building Sales better than the other steel building firms?

Where are Integrity Building Sales Buildings manufactured?
There are 8 factory locations strategically located to save our customer’s shipping costs.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery times can change. Currently, buildings are delivered in 16 to 20 weeks.
How long does it take for my permit plans?
Plans are currently completed within 4 to 6 weeks of the deposit received by the manufacturer.
Do you offer erection services?
Not at this time.
Do I get Anchor Bolts?
Anchor Bolts are NOT supplied by the steel building manufacturer. You WILL be given anchor bolt settings used to create a template. These specifications are in the plans you will receive approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the supplier receiving your deposit.

What is the name of the building manufacturer?
Our customers are given the name of the certified IAS building fabricated on the same day as received profit-fee payment.
Insulation FAQ
What R-Values Do You Offer?
We offer Fiberglass Insulation R-Value 10 to 38 and Reflective Insulation from R 15.3 to R 22.
Can I select the insulation width and length?
You can with Fiberglass; not with reflective. Fiberglass widths are 3’,4’ 5’, and 6’. Most people request a length of 100’ or less; however, Reflective insulation widths and lengths are predetermined. R -15.3 and 17 are 4’ in width and 175’ in length (700 sq ft). R-22 is 4’ x 85.3 (341 sq ft)
Best insulation choice?
Our Fiberglass and Reflective insulations are the most popular choices, especially for steel buildings and pole barns. If your structure has already been erected, more people choose the Reflective insulation because it is lighter and can be cut and maneuvered around rafters easier than fiberglass.

Q: Do I need a forklift to unload?
A: No, rolls are generally no more than 3′ diameters and packaged for easy unloading from trucks.
Can I mix the Fiberglass with the Reflective Insulation?
Yes.
What is the delivery window?
Insulation ONLY orders- Reflective is delivered approximately 7 – 10 days and fiberglass is currently within 4 to 5 weeks.
