2. Insulation volume must exceed 3,000 sq. ft.
3. The competitor’s quote must be dated within 1 week of the current date.
4. The competitor’s quote must be emailed to Factory Steel Overstock on the day of receiving FSO’S quote.
5. The competitor’s company must have a live person answering the phone. Totally online operations do not apply.
6. A $100 refundable deposit must be paid before receiving a quote.

Terms – $1,000 NET Steel Building Savings and refunds

1. The building must be a minimum size of 40′ x 60 ′ x 14′ with inclusions of 2 roll-up insulated doors, 1 walk door, and R-Value 22 insulation (reflective). 
2. The competitor’s quote must be the same size structure, specifications, and included accessories.
3. The competitor’s quote must be dated within 1 week of the current date.
4. The competitor’s quote must be emailed to Factory Steel Overstock on the day of receiving FSO’S quote.
5. Competitor’s building must be fabricated from an IAS-certified facility. 
6. Customer must pay the profit amount on the same day Factory Steel Overstock quotes the promised savings amount.
7. A $100 refundable deposit must be paid before receiving a quote.
